"Time lost can never be regained"


We completely understand that sometimes things beyond your control may mean you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us. We ask that whenever possible, you give us at least 24 hours notice of your intent to cancel your booking. This will give someone else a chance to fill the slot.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a set £10 surcharge will be incurred, payable at your next appointment.

Please understand that with 'no shows' that do not give us any notice (or very short notice) of cancellation means that we're losing wages. If given enough time, we can offer the slot to another client.

'No Shows'

"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The account must be settled before any further bookings can be made. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full for the service when booking.

Keeping Time

We want your experience at Just Beauty to be enjoyable and go as smoothly as possible. So that we can give you our best service, we ask that clients arrive on time for appointments. In return we will do our utmost to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is finished on schedule.

However, if we are running behind, due to an issue with a previous appointment, we will call or text you to let you know so you won't have to wait.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee treatments for clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time as this can affect all following appointments on that day. We appreciate a call or text to let us know you are running late.

A 15 minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes without contact to inform us of your E.T.A., your appointment will need to be rescheduled.


Deposits are required for some treatments and at certain times of the year. You will be advised of this at the time of your booking.


In the interest of Health & Safety, Insurance and the comfort of other clients, a strict 'No Children' policy is implemented at Just Beauty. We cannot accept responsibility for a child's welfare so for the safety of staff, the salon and the child, we ask that clients not bring their children when attending appointments. We thank you for your understanding.


We reserve the right to amend or modify the tariff for individual treatments without prior notice. Any price changes will be reflected on this website. (You will however always pay the price of the treatment as it was at the time of your booking!)

Doctor's Approval

Please Note : To ensure clients' safety when carrying out certain treatments, doctor’s approval will be required for those with Circulatory  Conditions, High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Autoimmune Diseases, Diabetes, Neuropathy or Cancer. ( If you are undergoing treatment for cancer, your Absolute Neutrophil Count will be required.)

Medical Information

Please note that in order to advise you on the correct treatments, Could you please make me aware of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not service fungal nails. Laser for toe nail fungus is the only solution for killing the fungus immediately and possibly indefinitely. If you think you have fungal nails and/or have had laser for toe nail fungus, you must have a doctor's referral letter. We don't want to charge your for a service you didn't get but if nails appear unhealthy, you may be denied service and charged full price.

Please undersand that this is our JOB - not a hobby. Also, we are bound by the rules of our Insurance Policies and Health & Safety certifcation. We go further to uphold the high standards of hygiene, safety and professionalism that we have set for ourselves.
